Tacrolimus Brand Switch Patient Info Session: VIRTUAL (ONLINE OR PHONE)

BC Transplant is changing brands of immediate release tracrolimus from Prograf to Sandoz starting fall 2019.

We are hosting several patient information sessions to give patients an opportunity to learn more about this brand switch and to ask questions directly to our pharmacy team.

These virtual sessions are accessible from any computer through a weblink, or by telephone. Access information will be provided to attendees via email prior to each session.
